Took my car in for an air bag motor recall. In the process they scratched my car on the bumper. They said they would take care of it. Tried calling multiple times and they keep saying the service manager is looking into it. This was almost 3 weeks ago! Needless to say I’m not happy! Update... Since this review I was contacted immediately by Louis the Dealer Principal and the problem was resolved within a couple of days. He was very accommodating and they did a good job repairing the scratch. I would give the review 5 out of 5 but I feel this shouldn't have gone this far to begin with, however overall I am satisfied. Thank you.

We had an outstanding and great customer experience at the Acura of Hamilton branch. Staffs are all smiles. We met Julia Lioris, Sales Consultant, since day one, she is the BEST, incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and so sweet. She is also quick in replying to my text and email messages whenever we have questions. Aileen Cunningham, Finance Manager was so kind, accommodating as well. We are very happy and excited when we picked up our brand new 2019 Acura RDX car, it was amazing and very smooth transition. We got nice gifts too! They provided the best experience we’ve had at a dealership yet! We highly recommend the Acura of Hamilton!
