Brought my 2015 Acura MDX Elite in for a squeak in the back seat. More than two months later, no back seat, no parts available to fix it. I have been driving a rental. Thought they would still have a parts inventory for a 3 year old car. It is now one month since I posted this review. Still no back seat. Still no parts. Still no end in sight. Acura Canada says they are not responsible but appear to be trying to escalate. I have been calling them weekly. Acura Hamilton says they are not responsible but appear to be trying to escalate . They say the issue is the parts supplier. But nobody seems to be able to effectively follow up and put some urgency on the parts supplier to solve this issue. Checked my records and I brought my car in on May 29 for this squeak so it is actually 5 months. Now driving another courtesy car so they have been good that way.

Hello. Thank you for your comment. We have this escalated as high as we can and we are waiting on Acura to send us the correct part. There seems to be a manufacturing issue with the seat, and we are working diligently to get this fixed for you as soon as possible.
