Hired me as an apprentice then later fired me because I smoked. Even the lead mechanic and other service technicians chimed in saying they both stopped smoking and I should aswell a couple weeks before they let me go because they "couldnt afford another apprentice".

Thank you Forest City Mazda staff! We appreciate your hard work and dedication to listening to us and ensuring that we are happy with the service we receive. You were attentive to our questions and concerns and addressed all of them without argument or issue. You ensured we were taking care of! We had previously done business with another brand of vehicle (a competitor of yours) where we were lied to, over charged, talked down to, and generally taken advantage of. What a refreshing change to have a dealership that listens to and respects their customers! We will never go back to the other brand of vehicles and will continue to buy Mazda!

The service team at Forest City Mazda is exceptional. Those whom I have dealt with, Dan, Shelley and Karen, are all knowledgeable, patient and take the time to answer my many questions, usually getting back to me very quickly. I am confident I am getting the best recommendations and will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle at Forest City Mazda.
