I called to schedule a test drive and they didn't have the vehicle I wanted and the rep seemed disinterested in scheduling another appointment with me. I called Leavens right after and they took care of me.

Today, I made my first visit to Forest City Mazda for a service call and recall of the power lift gate control unit. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable , and competent . I was very pleased with the service. Also I was impressed with the care they took in these covid times to be follow protocols that kept the customers safe.

Best New car buying experience I have ever had. Sales and financing associates were very helpful and honest. I almost felt like the sales associate was on my side during the negotiations.

The first time we decided to go with Mazda it was okay! BUT We had a unreal experience the second time!! We dealt with Dan. E he is absolutely amazing he knows his stuff and he is especially a man of his word. We had no issues at all with his services and he was patient and worked with our needs throughout the whole process!!! I highly recommend going with Dan you won’t regret it for a second.
