Not sure why, but this dealership is not interested in earning any business. Went in twice to test drive CX5 and CX 30: 1st visit, we were told they cannot let us test drive, because we walked in 45 minutes before they close for the day. But a test drive would only take 10 minutes?! 2nd visit: I reserved both vehicles on its website and walked in for the appointment. I was told the reservation online cannot be recognized as they do not keep records of that. Then, WHAT IS THE POINT OF BOOKING ONLINE?! Both salesmen seemed very annoyed and were not interested in showing vehicles or letting me test drive. Ironically, they sent me follow up emails and checked if I was still interested. Nah, I didn't even test drive and you expect me to buy? No thanks!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff for Pre-owned vehicles. Dan helped me out trying to decide my next purchase. As a bigger guy, I did not fit into some of the Mazda models and did purchase a car elsewhere. Nevertheless, Dan followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the experience.

THEY MISSED TO SHOOT A WHEEL BOLT !! In March 2020 I got my winter tires sapped with all season ones. Started hearing creaking sound while making turns. Took to local autoworkshop, found that the left front wheel is missing a bolt !! Sent them mails, no reply !! I'm done with them ! May be an accident, but it could cost my life.
