You have had my vehicle a 2017 MDX for over a week now and I was promised a new gas tank was being shipped from Calgary last week. I am very concerned about the safety of this vehicle having a leaking gas tank with approx 7,000 km on the vehicle. I do not blame service but Accura is clearly not making this a priority.

Tire installation/oil change/warranty issue: 3 months ago??

First off, the people at the dealership have always been personable and professional. This review is in no way intended to criticize any individual. However: I have tried to get an issue with peeling "paint" on my front headlight for almost two years. First time: wrong part ordered, second time, part damaged before installation, third time the folks said I had an accident and painted over the damage. I will say no more keeping mind the first "be respectful" item listed above. This should have been repaired long ago as it is an Acura defect but letting time and mileage slip away it has allowed Acura to avoid the repair while pointing the finger at us as the cause. I would welcome a call. I am disappointed this has taken at least three months to get here and....... Thanks

Routine Maintenance

The service team is wonderful - they are always attentive and helpful. They make me feel valued as a customer and also listen carefully and ask questions in a way that makes me feel comfortable when I try and describe any maintenance needs.
