STAY AWAY .Slimy dealership , they will lie to you , just trying to bend you over every chance they get , especially if this is your first vehicle purchase don’t go here .was looking at a truck for 22700 list price then with my down payment of 3500 still came out to 31000 total how does that make sense . Worst experience I’ve had this far . Make sure what they tell you you either record or get on paper as soon as they say it because they will go back on their word . Lied to me about my credit rating, work that would be paid for by them ,everything .watch out . Included warranty in the initial payment cost without telling me then after I decided no warranty they did everything they could to keep my payments high . If you agree to a payment that works they will never go a penny lower than it , they up the price and term to make you think it’s a deal .they just put the paper and say sign here and here praying you sign without reading all the way .when you get in the finance room they turn to sharks .

Quite honestly the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Dean worked diligently with me to find exactly what we needed with some of our limitations. Kiatt was very thorough and took time to explain every aspect of the deal. The rest of the team from Corey the sales manager to even the GM Brad took time to come talk to us, nothing about the experience felt high pressure and the whole atmosphere at the dealership was stellar. Best dealership in the Edmonton area!

I really appreciate finding out now that the oil change package you sold me that I could “use whenever” is actually expiring in 10000km. An expiry date? Funny how you “forgot” to mention that part. I actually felt really good about my experience with you up until now. Now I feel scammed.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us. I Pulled your file, and it looks like you upgraded your warranty at time of sale 10-21-2020 to a full 5 year 100,000 kms warranty and placed the oil changes on there. As we would have gone over with you back in 2020 the package and warranty is good for five years. your coverage is still active until 10-21-2025 or the 100,000kms. Sometimes due to time, one can forget exactly what coverage they actually had. I looked up your service history and it looks like you don't service with us. I feel if you decided to service with us that this would have not been an issue as we always go into great detail of your coverages while you are here in house. As a business I would have worked with you, and perhaps gave you an extension on some of your remaining oil changes as well. I feel with you not reaching out to the dealer regarding this matter and jumping right to a 2 star review, this is unfair to us as a dealer.
